The Garden Island recently ran an article disclosing the proposed development to occur in Princeville following the recent $350 investment by Reignwood International. According to the article, the Resort Group and Reignwood International plan on spending $500M over the next decade to develop a private community on 8,000 acres that will include 350 homes, polo club, beach clubs, lodge, nature trails, golf course, numerous restaurants, spa, and more. The Prince Golf course will also be renovated and updated to be more playable.
Jeff Stone, Hawaii landowner and founder of The Resort Group, stated that the cost of membership will likely be similar to that of the Yellowstone Club which can cost around $300K initially with $30K annual dues. Members are required to purchase a property which may run from $2M to $10M+.
