A Holiday Relax and Nourish with Strong As a Woman Summit and Mary Susan Stults
This December and holiday season treat yourself and enjoy a moment to slow down, connect, nourish, and enjoy a morning with other wonderful women. Together you’ll revel in a free Yoga, guided Vipassana meditation, and a potluck snack/picnic event for all Wahine. Everyone is free to bring a healthy snack or dish to share for a little post-yoga picnic and nourishment. This is a free event but please register.
