The median sales price and sales volume for Kauai continue to rise. The median sales price YTD versus 2013 has seen the North, South and East sides of Kauai experience 15% increases over last year with Lihue up almost 9%.
Sales volume is also up the North, West and Lihue all experiencing volume increase over last year of approximately 50%.
