Kaua‘i Habitat for Humanity is a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International.
In August, Reside Kauai contributed $1,000 toward Habitat for Humanity's latest project, a home in Ele‘ele Iluna subdivision. The donation will go toward crititcal needs such as building materials, construction supervision and contractors such as electricians, plumbers and other trades. There are 2,000 households interested in becoming a homeowner in the Ele‘ele Iluna subdivision and the list grows monthly.
Kauai Board of REALTORS®, has pledged to raise $100,000 over the next six months to Kaua‘i Habitat for Humanity for sponsorship at the American Dream Sponsor level of a home in Phase 2 of the ‘Ele‘ele Iluna subdivision project.
