The partnership/sale of the Princeville Resort to the China-based Reignwood International brings new management to the resort's 1,103 acres and Prince Golf Course. Discovery Land Co. will is a privately-held real estate devleopment firm based out of Scottsdale AZ and will begin managing the resort on Jan. 1st. Pacific Business News reports that they "will help oversee Princeville's master development plan, as well as construction, marketing and private club community operations under a long-term management agreement."
