One of the largest gatherings of Kauai where families, companies and well,
just about everyone gets into the holiday spirit with a light parade that travels
up Rice St. from the Vidinha Stadium to the County building where the Festival
of Lights is held. Come early for seating and watch as the lights turn on at the
