3rd Annual Traveling Plate, a Statewide Culinary Tour to benefit Easterseals Hawaii. Last year Traveling Plate was wildly successful visiting Maui, Kauai, Hawaii, and Oahu. This year they are continuing the voyage with the launch of a new and innovative concepts as part of this statewide culinary tour.
Kauai boasts the 3rd launch event in this unique statewide culinary tour at Mark’s Place in Lihue, Kauai. #TPKauai will be a pop-up style brunch event featuring a collaboration by Chef Mark Oyama and Executive Chef Gavin Onishi of Mark's Place, named Kauai's Best Food Establishment, Chef David "Jay" Ledee of Stevensons Sushi & Spirits, Grand Hyatt Kauai, Chef Michael Young of Rumfire at Sheraton Kauai Resort in Poipu and visiting Chef Mark "Gooch" Noguchi of Pili Group (Honolulu). This tribe of top chefs will craft aina sourced brunch eats representing their love for good old fashion local style grinds. In addition to the "brunch plate lunch" guests will enjoy complimentary beverages including Shaka Tea. This laid back dining experience on the lawn is a perfect opportunity to bring your family for a malie morning with these local favorite chefs while supporting Easterseals Hawaii.
