Mandatory Early Registration
Friday 9/15 from 7am till 7pm at the Koloa Landing Hotel lobby.
Mandatory check in will take place on Friday before the event. There will be a booth set up. Pick up your race day packet, luau tickets, and swag bags. Race tickets will still be available for purchase at this time with an additional $10 fee. Luau tickets will also be available at no additional cost.

9 - 10:30am – Morning Athlete Training Session at CrossFit Poipu
11 – 12:30pm – Hinshaw Running Workshop at CrossFit Poipu
3:30 – 7pm – Athlete Showcase at Koloa Landing Resort Activities Lawn
7 – 8pm – Free Dodgeball Event - at Koloa Landing Resort Activities Lawn

The race location is at the Omao track, off of Kaumualii Hwy.
This is your last chance to register for the event. Registration costs increase to $125 on the day of the event. Luau tickets will be available as well (at no additional cost).
Race Day Schedule
8 - 8:15am - Mandatory Safety Briefing
You must be present for the briefing to participate in the event.
8:30 – 12pm – Race
The first heat of the race will begin at 8:30.
The event will be finished by noon.
5:30 – 9:30pm - Sunset Luau and Awards Ceremony
Join us for the post-race celebration and awards ceremony. This is an outdoor event with the chance to take sunset pictures and mingle with your new friends from the race. Luau tickets are available to those who did not participate in the run as well. Food and entertainment will be provided. Alcoholic drinks for purchase.
